How do I get paid?
After signing up, log in to your
affiliate dashboard and add your bank details (name, bank, account number) once. After that we transfer commission directly via DuitNow.
When is commission paid?
Commission matures 21 days after a sale (past the customer's 14-day guarantee), then pays out on the next cycle. This makes sure the sale is valid and not refunded.
Is there a minimum before payout?
Yes, RM50 minimum. If your accrued commission is under RM50, it rolls to the next cycle until it's enough.
Is the commission recurring monthly?
Senaman Tua is a one-time product (RM98), so you earn RM29.40 once per new customer. There's no cap on the number of sales, so the more you share, the more you earn.
How long is my link tracked (cookie)?
60 days. If someone clicks your link and buys within 60 days, the sale still counts as yours.
How are sales tracked?
Automatically. Every click and sale is recorded in your
affiliate dashboard, connected directly to our Stripe payments. You can see clicks, sales, and commission anytime.
What if a customer asks for a refund?
Because commission only matures 21 days after a sale, sales refunded within the 14-day guarantee don't generate commission. This protects both sides and keeps payouts fair.
